This report is a comprehensive investigation into the assets and liabilities of an individual. It includes general information about the subject, real estate ownership information , motor vehicle registration and title information, a detailed investigation into significant assets (farm equipment, unregistered vehicles, musical instruments, etc.), Employment information, Financial and Credit History (certain criteria established by the Federal Trade Commission must exist), for business entities affiliated with the subject, bankruptcy records, bank account affiliation, and a general overview of the subject's overall financial health. This report is generally used as a post-judgment tool, or as an evaluative tool on large cases for potential litigants. Any business assets are only researched to the point of establishing that they exist. This investigation in generally completed within one month.
